Low-intensity physical movement that helps develop strength and flexibility alongside mindfulness of body and mind. It’s not about doing it “Right or wrong” since each persons yoga journey of awakening to the body is personal. Our teachers offer individual personal guidance as needed to suit each persons need.


 Learning how to meditate involves gradual learning of different mindfulness techniques and their applications in real-life . Being mindful is a gift of perspective that promotes growth, it’s an opportunity for change, and most amazingly it can become a lifelong practice that grows more and more profound with time.

Restorative Yoga

Comfortable and restful positions which are held for longer periods of time and promote and support stretching and relaxation. Mentally, it can be a wonderful time to practice mindfulness, take a break, clear the mind, and get deeper rest mentally and physically.

Storytelling is a great motivational tool and a way to open peoples minds to everything else we offer and to inspire personal change.

Sound Meditation

The use of voice and instruments to facilitate mindfulness and relaxation is a beautiful way to help people feel comfortable and safe. Sound as a meditation is inspiring and emotional, gently guiding you into a state of heightened awareness and lasting tranquility.  


Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing through energy work. It has been shown to reduce anxiety and pain, induce relaxation, improve fatigue and help relieve the symptoms of distress. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki promotes the feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.


 An effective and theraputic way to address physical tension and achieve relief from chronic discomfort. Massage session are more than just physical relief, through massage you can better understand your specific mind-body connections that create tension, and learn to create new relaxation patterns that will promote mental relaxation as well.
